This is a brand new role focused on creating new, large-scale opportunities, and you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our future. As our Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new strategic opportunities that lead to high-volume, long-term business. Your focus will be on building high-level relationships and creating new market channels, rather than day-to-day sales. You will be a key player in our leadership, providing strategic direction and insights to help us expand our brand and secure major contracts.

Requirements:

• Proven Business Development Experience: A track record of identifying and securing large, strategic, and long-term business opportunities.
• Exceptional Relationship Building: You'll need an exceptional ability to build rapport and trust with high-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop creative, long-term growth strategies.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and terms.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the hospitality, distribution, or a related B2B industry is highly preferred.
• Self-Motivated and Autonomous: Ability to work independently and manage a long-term project pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and willingness to travel for business.
