Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application through closing. Analyze financial information and recommend appropriate loan solutions. Build and manage a consistent referral pipeline through networking and relationship development. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lending process. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending guidelines. Grow a sustainable book of business through outstanding client experiences and referral relationships. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with a proven production history. Entrepreneurial and highly self-motivated. Relationship-focused with excellent communication skills. Driven to grow both personally and professionally. Organized and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Qualifications Active NMLS License required Current annual mortgage production of $7M–$10M Previous mortgage lending experience required Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Compensation Our compensation package is designed to reward performance and support long-term growth.
