OhioHealth is seeking a compassionate RN Wound Care nurse for Grant Medical Center. In this casual role, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based wound care for diverse adult patients, perform debridement and dressing changes, monitor healing progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll document care accurately in the EMR, follow infection prevention and safety standards, and support staff education.
