Overview
Physical Therapist travel assignment in Franklin, New Hampshire. Start date 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,328–$2,435 per week. Guaranteed hours 35 per week. Shift: 08:00–16:30 (8.5 hours per day). Setting: skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive PT assessments and document findings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, gait training, manual therapy, and related modalities as indicated.
- Monitor patient progress, re-evaluate, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families on home programs, safety, and fall prevention.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with regulatory and facility policies.
- Collaborate with PTs, assistants, and therapy aides to coordinate care and support progress.
- Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to discharge planning and goal setting.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure by endorsement.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
- CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
