Supplier Quality Specialist (Associate or Experienced)

Job Description Supplier Quality Specialist (Associate or Experienced) – Oklahoma City, OK (Boeing Defense, Space & Security – BDS). This role supports critical defense and space programs by overseeing supplier quality, driving process improvements, and collaborating with suppliers and engineering teams. Position Responsibilities Review supplier statements of work and purchase contracts to determine applicable quality requirements. Liaise with supplier management on purchase contracts. Monitor supplier quality activities and report issues. Inspect or verify products for compliance with requirements during receiving inspection. Support internal audits of supplier quality processes. Participate in root‑cause corrective actions. Resolve routine issues and concerns. Coordinate and support process improvements. Work under general supervision. Basic Qualifications (Required) More than 1 year of experience in Supplier Quality processes. More than 1 year of experience working with Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW). More than 1 year of experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions. More than 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). Preferred Qualifications Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of Supply Chain experience. 3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA). 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS). Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction. Work Conditions Work schedule: 9/80. 1st shift. 10% travel may be required. Pay range: USD 74,800 – 101,200 (Level 2) or USD 92,650 – 125,350 (Level 3). Total Rewards package depends on location, hire date and collective bargaining agreements.
