Boyd Gaming Corporation is a premier casino entertainment company in the United States. We are looking for a Host to greet guests and arrange for prompt seating. Job Description Actively build and retain guest relations and provide superior service. Greets guests in a friendly, courteous manner and arranges for seating; monitors room atmosphere. Provides information on all aspects of Boyd Gaming services and facilities. In front‑of‑house areas, answers inquiries before completing sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Answers telephones and handles guest inquiries in person or by telephone. Assists with overall room functions (cleaning, resetting tables, folding napkins, handing out comment cards). Communicates effectively with customers and all levels of employees. Moves efficiently around all work areas. Works in a busy environment with varying noise, crowds and smoke. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. 1 year of fine dining experience required (experience in fine dining preferred). Must successfully pass background check.
