We are looking for a someone highly motivated, personable, and a great multitasker for a busy pediatric practice. Winter is upon us and we want to be ready :)
Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
-warm reception of patients and their families
-thorough and accurate patient intake (vital signs, review of past medical hx)
-collection of CLIA waived labs
-assisting with portal messages and patient phone notes (call backs)
-initiating provider referrals
***This role is extremely important to the experience of each and every patient from the very tiny to the big teenager. A strong MA is vital to our practice and our successes.***
