What You'll Do As a Crew Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a fast, friendly, and welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities may include: greeting customers and providing friendly, accurate service, taking orders and processing payments, preparing McDonald's menu items according to quality and food safety standards, working in the kitchen, front counter, drive-thru, and other service areas, maintaining clean and organized workstations, dining areas, and restaurant spaces, working together with your teammates to provide fast and accurate service, following food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures, helping us achieve our goal that no customer leaves unhappy.

What We're Looking For You don't need previous restaurant experience. We're looking for people who are: friendly and customer-focused, dependable and punctual, willing to learn and accept coaching, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to communicate and work well with others, committed to cleanliness, food safety, and quality, ready to come to work with a positive attitude, interested in being part of a team and contributing to its success.
