Responsibilities
- Plan and provide nursing care to patients and families across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications, manage IV therapies, and respond to emergencies
- Circulate for C-sections and assist obstetric teams during operative deliveries
- Assess patient needs, coordinate care with physicians, and educate patients and families
- Supervise and delegate care tasks to ancillary personnel consistent with scope of practice
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure patient safety, and uphold infection control standards

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (in good standing)
- Experience in labor and delivery or obstetric care setting preferred
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity unit
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care environments
