The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.Minimum RequirementsGraduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.A minimum of 2 years' experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.CompensationPay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annuallyActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
