Gastroenterologist Opportunity in Goldsboro, NC
Community Hospital System is seeking a gastroenterologist for Goldsboro, NC! This town is located 50 minutes from Raleigh and less than two hours from the North Carolina coast. It's a mid-sized town with easy access to a large city lifestyle and a community hospital.
The hospital system has 316 beds and over 300 providers. Established in 2015, it is an award-winning hospital system with strong support and infrastructure.

The role includes:
- Gastroenterologist
- Location: Goldsboro, NC (50 minutes from Raleigh)
- Established, newly renovated practice
- Hospital privileges include state-of-the-art endoscopy unit and schedule/staff support to allow for full procedure days
- Three other GIs on staff currently
- 36 hours of patient facing time, with 4 hours of admin time each week
- Multiple ORs and two endo suites available for cases and procedure time
- Seven days of call per month, split currently with the other providers
- Cases include "bread and butter" GI, EBUS, ERCP, etc. 90% of our cases are OP
The background profile includes:
- Board certified/board eligible gastroenterology
- Eligible for a NC state medical license
- ERCP experience required
- Open to H1B and J1 visa sponsorship
