Surgery Physician Assistant First Assist
Assignment Details • Location: Fort Worth, Texas • Start Date: September 1, 2026 (ongoing) • 3 positions available Compensation: $125/hr Schedule • Monday Friday • 7:00 AM 3:00 PM • No call • No weekends OR Block Assignments • General Urology Wednesday • Urologic Oncology Tuesday • Gynecologic Oncology Monday & Thursday • Endocrine Surgery Monday & Tuesday • Otology 1 day per week (TBD) Practice Setting • Operating Room (OR) • Inpatient/Outpatient • 100% Operating Room • Adult patient population • Average surgical volume: 2 3 cases per day per service Team Structure • General Urology 2 surgeons • Urologic Oncology 2 surgeons • Gynecologic Oncology 2 surgeons • Endocrine Surgery 1 surgeon • Otology 1 surgeon First Assist Responsibilities • Primary first assist in the OR • No clinic responsibilities • No inpatient management • No bedside procedures Robotic Surgery Mix • General Urology 30% • Urologic Oncology 60% • Gynecologic Oncology 80% • Endocrine Surgery None • Otology None Requirements • Board Certified Physician Assistant • Texas license required (may be pending at submission) Credentialing • days • Emergency privileges may be available Additional Information • Name clear required • All-inclusive assignmentVacancy posted 3 days ago
