Learn more at , and follow us on X, LinkedIn and Facebook.Role Summary:The Senior Manager, US Medical Affairs supports execution of Dyne’s US Medical Affairs strategy for the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) program. This role contributes to critical launch readiness activities and supports the planning and delivery of US Medical initiatives, including KOL engagement, congress execution, medical education efforts, and cross-functional coordination.The Senior Manager operates as both a scientific and operational contributor, helping prepare the US Medical organization for anticipated DMD program needs. This role partners closely with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Global Medical Affairs, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure medical activities are high-quality, compliant, and impactful.This role is based in Waltham, MA.Primary Responsibilities Include: Medical Strategy Execution & Launch ReadinessSupports execution of US Medical Affairs tactical plans for the DMD programAssists in implementing scientific platform materials, congress planning, and medical education initiativesContributes to cross-functional launch readiness activities to ensure alignment with program milestonesSupports development and deployment of DMD-focused scientific materials, disease state education resources, and field medical toolsField Medical & KOL EngagementPartners with the US MSL team to support KOL identification, engagement planning, insight gathering, and field metric trackingTranslates field insights into actionable recommendations for Medical Affairs and cross-functional teamsTracks and monitors field activity and engagement effectivenessScientific Materials & Medical ReviewContributes to development of scientific materials, field tools, and educational contentProvides Medical review for promotional materials through the Promotional Review Committee (PRC)Maintains deep and current scientific knowledge in DMD and Dyne’s therapeutic platformCongress & External EngagementsSupports planning and execution of medical congresses, including onsite activities aligned to DMD milestonesCoordinates logistics and execution of US advisory boards and expert engagementsCross-Functional Collaboration & CompliancePartners with Patient Advocacy, Market Access, and Commercial teams to support aligned medical activitiesEnsures all activities comply with US regulatory, legal, and compliance standardsModels Dyne’s core values through collaboration, accountability, and scientific integrityEducation and Skills Requirements: Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent)7+ years of relevant Medical Affairs experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industryRare disease experience preferred; neuromuscular disease experience a plusExperience supporting US-based medical tactics, congress activities, or field medical programsStrong scientific acumen with ability to translate clinical data for diverse audiencesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and externalto travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight and weekend travelPositive team orientation with strong alignment to Dyne’s Core ValuesPassion for improving the lives of patients with neuromuscular diseases#LI-OnsiteMA Pay Range$165,000—$190,000 USDThe pay range reflects the base pay range Dyne reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting.
