Logistics Administrator Position

This position supports the effective flow of merchandise into the Distribution Center by managing office, store, and warehouse supply inventories while providing administrative and logistical support for inbound transportation operations.

Responsibilities

Logistics Administrator Requirements:

• Develops and maintains an effective filing system, answers phone for self and back up phone support for the Warehouse Systems Supervisor, helps to provide timely responses to requests, questions and concerns for stores, office personnel and outside contacts.
• Provides support for booking domestic collect orders; verifies and codes inbound freight bills.
• Ensures adequate inventory of office supplies.
• Work with vendors and create purchase orders to meet supply needs.
• Processes supply invoices.
• Processes requests for special office supplies.
• Keeps supply and work area neat and organized.
• Performs other duties and tasks assigned and directed by the Warehouse Systems Supervisor.

Schedule

8:00 5:00, Monday - Friday

Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment
