2nd Shift: $23.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-11:00 PM

- Set up welding equipment and prepare materials for production
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabricated metal parts
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and product specifications
- Inspect completed welds and parts for quality and accuracy
- Complete work orders and accurately report production quantities
- Label, organize, and place finished parts on the correct pallets
- Maintain the flow of materials into and out of the work area
- Follow production schedules and all workplace safety procedures
- Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required; manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to set up welding equipment and use standard measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safe work practices
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred and the ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements
