Manufacturing Equipment TechnicianYour Impact:Here's where you'll demonstrate your proficiencies:Testing of electro-mechanical assemblies and products.100 % quality of workTraining of technicians and assemblers on mastered processesTesting and troubleshooting of PCB'sMaintaining material inventory controlRepair and testing of customer productsRework through hole and surface mount PCB assembliesProvide testing support of engineering prototypesRecommend process improvement and cost reductionsSafety within the production operationsAssure process documentation is currentAssure tools and equipment are functioning as intendedExperienced in using and trouble-shooting automated test program (LabView or similar) for PCBAs, Sub – assemblies testing.Qualifications:Technician or Associate's degree in Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or similar degree desired.Electromechanical and / or electronic product assembly and PCB assembly experience preferredMust be able to work comfortably with the Microsoft Office suite of tools, Lab View, custom Test & calibration software along with production control and management software.Skilled in the use of a wide variety of electromechanical assembly hand toolsSolder skills including surface mount assemblyThrough hole and surface mount PCB repair and rework skillsAble to read, follow and suggest improvements to production work instructions.Ability to read and follow engineering schematics and drawingsAbility to focus, prioritize, multitask, cope with changeSelf-Starter and sense of urgencyAble to perform accurate and detail orientated workAbility to effectively communicate with team members.Delivers quality work consistently.Working Conditions:Regularly exerting up to 20 lbs of force and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Bending body downward and forward at the waist.Standing for sustained periods of time.Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks.Ralliant Corporation OverviewRalliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
