Customer Service Coordinator

Victor Insulators, a Greater Rochester Top 100 fastest growing privately owned company, is a leading manufacturer of high voltage insulators. We currently have an opening for a C ustomer Service Coordinator .

Position Description:

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for reviewing purchase orders for accuracy, entering orders in a timely manner, tracking the sales orders through to fulfilment and resolving product or service issues to the customer’s satisfaction within corporate guidelines. The position requires collaboration with various other departments to ensure customer expectations are met and orders are processed smoothly and efficiently. Other duties as may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications :

Associates degree or equivalent; or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess strong professional communication, time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with Windows, Word, Excel, Access.

Salary Range : Salary Range $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
