Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Westlake, OH.


Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Level 2 support experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Retail Store Controller Applications
  • Inventory & Fuel Management Systems
  • POS terminals, payment systems, store controllers, and retail operations support
  • Client Aloha POS Administration & Support
  • Restaurant Technology Platforms
  • Kitchen Display Systems (KDS)
  • POS Hardware & Peripheral Devices
  • Payment Processing Integration
  • Verifone Payment Terminals
  • Electronic Payment Processing
  • Card Acquiring & Settlement Processes
  • PCI DSS Compliance
  • Payment Gateways & Loyalty Integrations
  • Retail Technology Ecosystems & Network Troubleshooting

Wage Range :
The rate for this position is between $20.02 - $26.70 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
