Leasing Agent I/COS

This position is for a full-time Leasing Agent I/COS to work at Markham Plaza I/II, a 140-unit affordable family housing community in San Jose, CA. It is a PSH property and a HUD property. Candidates should have 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience and knowledge of affordable housing. Tax credit and/or project‑based Section 8 experience is preferred, and a COS certification is preferred. Salary range: $21.00 to $31.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00 to $26.50 per hour, DOE. The offer will consider the candidate’s experience and the current salary level for similar roles at EAH. Position Overview The Leasing Agent I/COS is directly responsible for marketing and leasing the property and providing resident‑relations services.
