Front Desk Associate

This position is located at Unaccompanied Housing at NAS Pensacola. The purpose of this position is to perform front desk duties for the Housing Program. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Twelve (12) months of work experience that demonstrates knowledge of the basic principles, concepts, standards and regulations of customer service, preferred. Must be skilled in the use of a personal computer and basic Microsoft Office applications. Must possess basic math and reading skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
