Nursing Unit Patient Care Clerk I

You will perform basic patient care focused on safety, comfort, hygiene, and protection. You will document activities accurately and legibly, complete MIDAS and other hospital reports within your shift, and maintain timely records of vital signs, weights, and I&O.
