Role Overview A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers compassionate, person-centered care in a long-term care and post-acute setting. Key Responsibilities Provide bedside nursing, medication administration, wound care, and clinical monitoring. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and support resident care plans. Educate residents and families on health-related matters. Promote safety protocols and infection control practices. Contribute to a dignified, high-quality care environment aligned with a faith-based, mission-driven culture. Qualifications & Skills Current, valid LPN license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.Commitment to providing respectful, compassionate care.
