About Our Client

Client is a strong Augusta commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their healthcare construction division.

Job Description

• Assist in managing daily on-site construction operations and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and address any on-site safety concerns.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Support quality control efforts to meet project standards.
• Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders as needed.

A successful Construction Assistant Superintendent should have:
