Help
Major Duties:
- Serves as a primary contact and advocate for the Talent Management System (TMS)
- Troubleshoots user issues with passwords, log in, change/reset passwords and unlocks accounts for TMS users; determines system and technical complications
- Coordinates, assists, and/or supports local Finger Lakes Health Care System training events
- Develops orientation schedules and with the primary coordinator of their orientation requirements
- Coordinates the recruitment, application process, funding, logistical support and monitoring of employees who are awarded a scholarship
- Acts as the timekeeper for multiple employees
- Assists with internal/external general requests for information and assistance; maintains and monitors multiple education Fund control Point
- Maintains department office environment and supplies
- Performs equipment inventory and ordering
- Provides and posts local training and educational opportunities
- Fund control point clerk
- Other duties as assigned
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
