Target Hire Date: Summer '26 Target First Day of Teaching: January '27 What You’ll Do Build and lead your campus team with vision, innovation, and a culture of heart and collaboration. Inspire and develop staff through clear expectations, coaching, and professional growth. Drive enrollment through community connections, partnerships, and events. Ensure operational and fiscal health, balancing high-quality programming with smart management. Build strong relationships with students, families, and staff to create a dynamic and supportive school culture. What We’re Looking For One of the following is required: (1) an administrator’s license issued by the Department of Education or by another state or territory of the United States; (2) a bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association approved by the Department of Education and at least 5 years of verified experience in educational administration; or (3) a master’s degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association approved by the Department of Education and at least 3 years of verified experience in educational administration. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher preferred. 5 years of successful school leadership experience. Experience managing a budget, financial reporting, and tracking specific metric performance. Proven ability to build culture and lead diverse teams. Experience with enrollment growth, admissions, or business development. Passion for alternative education and supporting diverse learners.
