Moving parts.Your job is to make sure everyone goes home safely.That means spotting the risk before it becomes an incident.It means challenging a process when it isn't right.It means investigating when something does happen - and making sure the same problem doesn't happen twice.And it means developing supervisors who understand that safety is their responsibility too.This isn't a desk-based compliance position.You'll have a voice. And you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable difference.ð ️ WHAT YOU'LL OWN️ Build and improve site safety systems️ Lead OSHA compliance️ Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments️ Deliver safety training️ Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions️ Lead contractor safety️ Coach and develop supervisors️ Identify hazards and implement practical solutions️ Track safety performance and drive continuous improvement️ Build a stronger, more proactive safety cultureð WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We're looking for an experienced EHS/HSE professional who understands that great safety leadership isn't about standing on the side lines.You should have: Strong OSHA knowledge Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction or another high-risk environment Experience with incident investigations Safety training experience Contractor safety experience Experience developing supervisors or operational leaders A hands-on approach to safety The confidence to challenge unsafe practicesExperience around heavy industrial operations, fabrication, machinery, lifting or other high-risk environments would be highly valued.ð THE PACKAGEUp to $110,000, depending on experience.ð Must be genuinely commutable or willing to relocateð THE BOTTOM LINEIf you're tired of being the person who simply checks the boxes...And you're ready to be the person who changes how an operation thinks about safety...This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
