As a Security Officer in Verona, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with a caring, reliable, and innovative approach, working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and support visitor, contractor, and delivery processing in accordance with site protocols.
• Support operations at a chemical and petrochemical location by observing for spills, leaks, equipment irregularities, and/or other conditions that may require notification or response from site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
