FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Port St. Lucie/Tradition, dedicated to high-quality care, strong clinical support, and sustainable workloads. Independently owned and operated with the backing of the FYZICAL national network, the clinic offers the systems, resources, and specialty focus of a national brand along with the flexibility and culture of a locally run practice. We’re seeking a Physical Therapist who values patient-first care, realistic caseloads, and a supportive environment where clinicians are empowered—not rushed. Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
• Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
• Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises ; track progress
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Educate the patient on continuing care home strategies that support outcomes

Required Skills

• Licensure and education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a current Florida PT license.
• Clinical experience: At least one year of experience preferred, ideally in an outpatient neurological or orthopedic setting or with vestibular rehabilitation.
• Specialty interest: Strong interest in treating patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, pelvic health, and fall-risk concerns.
• Treatment planning: Ability to create and carry out effective outpatient treatment plans, including balance and vestibular rehabilitation programs.
• Independence and collaboration: Comfortable working efficiently in an autonomous setting while communicating openly with patients, owners, and team members.
• Growth mindset: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to complete pelvic floor, balance, and vestibular certification training if not already certified.
