This role offers the opportunity to provide high quality primary care while working within an integrated care model serving Northern Maine communities.POSITION OVERVIEW The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsibilities include health promotion, disease prevention, identification and management of health problems, and coordination of care with primary care providers.
