Senior Mechanical Integrity Engineer (GCGV/Corpus Christi)

Position: Mechanical Integrity Technical – Fixed Equipment (Petrochemical Facility) Location: ExxonMobil Baytown, TX Responsibilities Ownership of unit risk based inspection program Work selection recommendations Planning inspections with appropriate coverage and NDE techniques Analysis of inspection results and recommended future actions Perform mechanical analysis of required thickness and fitness for service assessments Respond to plant operational events Provide repair and replacement specifications Analyze site fixed equipment performance Drive site asset improvement in the areas of Safety, Reliability, Environmental Performance and Equipment Capability and Efficiency in a team setting Support capital projects and minor modifications in the areas of design consulting, technical quality assurance, and start-up assistance Communicate and interact daily with Inspection, Maintenance, Process, and Operations team members Qualifications Required B.S.
