Assistant Controller | West of Boston $100-$120K base + bonus

Assistant Controller Onsite, West of Boston $100,000–$120,000 base + bonus (up to 25%) + strong benefits We are working with a specialty finance and asset-based lending organization seeking an Assistant Controller to join their growing accounting team. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Controller locally and the Chief Accounting Officer across the broader organization. What you’ll do Assist with weekly borrowing base certificates and related lender reporting Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reporting packages Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Participate in daily banking activity, including borrower fundings and bank advances Assist with field examinations (2x per year) and annual audit support Learn and work within loan reporting systems (ABLSoft) Support general loan administration and financial reporting functions What we’re looking for CPA preferred (or 3–5+ years public accounting experience strongly preferred) Strong financial reporting and full-cycle accounting background Exposure to banking, lending, credit, or financial services a plus Strong Excel skills required QuickBooks exposure a plus (not required) Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally Excellent communication skills Why this opportunity Direct exposure to specialty lending, borrowing base, and credit operations High-visibility role with access to senior leadership across two offices Broad responsibilities across accounting, treasury, and lending support Strong benefits package and bonus potential Excellent long-term growth within a stable, established financial platform If you’re interested in learning more, feel free to reach out directly to Kyle Archer at View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
