Service Support StaffJoin Colonial Ford Truck Sales as a Service Support Staff team member and help deliver an outstanding service experience. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our service department and helping ensure the department runs smoothly.This role is ideal for someone looking to learn and grow within the Service department, comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. If you enjoy customer interaction, teamwork, and keeping things moving behind the scenes, we encourage you to apply.Service Support Staff ResponsibilitiesSupporting service technicians through daily tasksPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency under the supervision of a Master TechnicianTest-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
