Call Center Specialist PRN Nights

Responsibilities Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic and talented Call Center Specialist PRN Nights to work 12‑hour shifts in a team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Call Center Specialist performs administrative functions to include assisting in the processes for managing patient care by monitoring referrals and connecting them to relevant health care providers, organizing, facilitating, and coordinating the timely evaluation with therapists and the acceptance of patients referred for services, insurance verification, and data entry. Job Duties / Responsibilities Answers phones at Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. and collects demographic information related to the person to be assessed. Coordinates and processes patient documents and paperwork for patient transfers. Ensures all required information is accurately documented within several information‑system programs. Assists Mobile Assessment Team Evaluators with commitment process, paperwork, and transfer process, if necessary.
