Andrews Cadillac Mt. Juliet is growing, and we are looking for experienced, motivated automotive service technicians who want a better long-term opportunity.

Our Mt. Juliet dealership is only about three years old, giving our technicians the opportunity to work in a modern, clean, professional Cadillac facility designed for today's vehicles and today's technicians.

This isn't an old shop that has been pieced together over decades. It is a newer dealership with modern equipment, current technology, spacious technician bays, an air-conditioned shop, and an organization that continues to invest in the tools, training, processes, and people needed to operate at a high level.

Earnings are based on skill level, training, efficiency, and hours produced. Actual earnings vary by technician and are not guaranteed, but this range reflects the real earning opportunity available in our shop for the right technician.

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and related systems

Use modern diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer repair information

Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs

Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with Service Advisors

Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Maintain required manufacturer training standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area

Follow dealership and manufacturer processes

Protect customer vehicles and treat them with care

2+ years of automotive service technician experience required

GM experience required

Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills

Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Positive attitude

Team-oriented mindset

Strong work ethic

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
