Clearance

Clearance: Secret clearance desired

Education

Education: Bachelor's degree in a business discipline. Master's Degree is preferred.

Outcomes

The Sr. Pricing Manager is expected to achieve the following outcomes: Timely, accurate and compliant pricing analysis to support Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Improve win rate by 30% of submitted proposals. Assistance to Program Control Specialists resulting in the on-time submission of accurate financial information in response to customer requests.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Support business development activities, including preparation for, writing, reviewing, finalizing, and submitting proposals. Prepare the proposal cost estimate and prepare cost and contract/administrative volumes. Develop price to win strategies and provide guidance to the Leadership Team and Division Leaders. Insure pricing strategies and RFP responses are compliant with U.S. government guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

The candidate must have the following qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in pricing and/or cost analysis. Strong analytical background with a fluency in building and administering cost models in Excel. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of contractual, financial, security, recruiting and administrative operations.
