Position Overview Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) – part‑time at Easton Town Center, Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities Provide a signature guest experience by greeting and engaging every visitor and operating the cash register. Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment through daily cleaning and display upkeep. Operate the store stockroom, receive merchandise, and manage inventory while adhering to safety regulations. Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management. Promote loyalty programs, promotional materials, and cross‑sell products. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with guests. Perform duties across sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock. Work variable hours—including evenings, nights, weekends—to meet business needs; provide up to 25 hours per week with at least one weekend day. Qualifications Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly customer‑service orientation. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs., and perform basic kneeling/crouching tasks. Flexible schedule, availability for at least three days including a weekend day; up to 25 hrs per week. Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and handle cash register operations.
