Full time paralegal position available. Candidate will work closely with attorneys focused primarily in the area of Estate Administration.
Responsibilities
- Prepare probate and administration petitions
- Prepare fiduciary accountings
- Organize and monitor ongoing cases and assist in general estate administration
- Correspond and communicate with clients, counsel and courts
- Maintain and coordinate attorney calendars and court appearances
Candidates should possess strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
