What You’ll Do as a Floor Associate As a Floor Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and helpful experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in locating products and answering their questions.
- Stocking shelves and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with our community.
- Learning about our product offerings to better serve our customers' needs.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
