About the Role:

As an LPN in our Assisted Living community, you will have the opportunity to make a difference where it matters most . Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes, taking and recording vital signs, assisting with daily care needs, documenting care accurately in resident charts, communicating with families and the healthcare team, and providing emotional support and compassionate care to residents.

What We're Looking For:

• Current LPN License (Required)

• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift

• Evening Shift

• Night Shift

Pay and Benefits:

• $$28.00 - $30.00 per hour (rate pending experience and qualifications)
