This is a Press Team Leader role with a high-volume metal stamping manufacturer in Bowling Green. They’re looking for someone who has a background in press operations or metal stamping, along with solid experience leading and supporting line crews on the floor. The person in this role would be responsible for directing daily press team operations, making sure production stays on track, and driving quality and safety standards. You’d be leading pre-shift meetings, facilitating on-the-job operator training, conducting process and 5S audits, and jumping in to troubleshoot production or quality issues as they pop up. So, they’re looking for someone who’s comfortable in a fast-paced stamping environment, knows standard safety and quality protocols, and enjoys taking ownership of a team and keeping line production moving smoothly.
