Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong collaboration skills and a positive, solutions-oriented approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students per IEPs
• Evaluate and assess students’ communication abilities using standardized tools
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support educational goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services and progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as a knowledgeable team member
• Support school-wide initiatives to promote language development and engagement
