Job DescriptionOur practice focuses primarily on business and commercial litigation, real estate disputes, contract matters, and complex civil litigation. We also serve as general counsel to business clients, providing ongoing legal guidance on operational, contractual, and strategic matters.We are looking for an attorney who is confident, motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to take meaningful responsibility for both litigation and advisory work.The ideal candidate will have:3–5 years of litigation experienceStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsExperience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive correspondenceDeposition and courtroom experienceThe ability to independently manage matters while collaborating on larger casesExcellent judgment and client communication skillsFamiliarity with, or an interest in, transactional and advisory work for business clientsThe Associate will also handle routine transactional and general counsel matters, including drafting operating agreements, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, preparing and reviewing contracts, and providing day-to-day legal advice to business clients.This is an opportunity to join a growing litigation and business law practice where you will work directly with clients, take meaningful ownership of matters, and gain hands-on experience across both litigation and transactional work.We are based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and offer a professional, entrepreneurial environment for an attorney who wants to continue developing as both a litigator and business advisor while playing a meaningful role in the growth of the firm.Interested candidates can send a résumé and brief introduction to View email address on click.appcast.io.
