Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as assigned
• Assist students with special needs, following individualized education plans
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, and recess
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as needed
