Labor Credit Union in Washington, DC is seeking a Loan Servicing and Collections Manager responsible for managing loan servicing and consumer collections. This role provides leadership and oversight of loan servicing, collections and recovery operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in loan servicing or collections and strong knowledge of consumer lending products.
