We are looking for dedicated caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs who want to make a difference by providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate support to our clients. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide medication reminders Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts Qualifications Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred) Compassionate, dependable, and professional Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation preferred Health & Compliance Requirements TB Screening (within the last 12 months) MMR Titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Varicella Titer (Chickenpox) Tetanus documentation About Havenova Home Care Havenova Home Care provides high-quality, personalized in‑home care services to help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and comfort at home.
