Geriatric Physical Therapist — Day Health Care Specialist

Choice in Aging in Pleasant Hill is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide essential therapy services in compliance with California regulations. The ideal candidate will have a current PT license and experience in rehabilitation. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining Physical Therapy Individual Plans of Care for participants. This role requires effective communication skills, a commitment to serving elderly populations, and knowledge of relevant regulations.
