Real Estate Transactional Attorney

Our client is a 75-attorney full-service firm with one of the strongest commercial real estate practices in the Rocky Mountain region. The real estate group advises on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions in the Denver market, including large-scale mixed-use developments, data center acquisitions, industrial portfolio sales, and structured joint ventures. As Real Estate Transactional Attorney you will draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture and operating agreements, loan documents, ground leases, and development agreements. You will manage title and survey review, coordinate due diligence workstreams, and guide clients from letter of intent through closing on transactions ranging from $10M to $500M+.
