Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $250,000 for new fellowship graduates (adjustments based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a busy Level-III NICU with a 72-bed capacity and an ADC of 60
• Participate in neonatal ECMO, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), high-frequency ventilation, and total body cooling procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatric intensivists, transport team, and pediatric subspecialists
• Contribute to ongoing patient management and care planning in a comprehensive hospital setting
• Provide support in a facility with active transport and surgical support, including cardiovascular and general surgery
• Opportunities for academic teaching and participation in clinical protocols will be available

What You Need

• Medical degree (MD/DO)
• Medical license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Recent fellowship graduates through 2025
• Experience in a Level-III NICU setting is advantageous
