By integrating these services, we address the diverse needs of our patients and support our mission to: "Enrich Every Life We Encounter from our employees to our patients and those who love and care for them." Job Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aegis Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional home health and end-of-life care to our patients. As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. As a CNA Caregiver, you will assist patients by providing personal care such as grooming and bathing, especially for those with limited mobility. You will support patients in eating, monitor and report vital signs and any notable patient behaviors to the medical team. Additionally, you will aid in patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchairs and beds, and routinely adjust patients' positioning in bed to prevent bedsores and enhance comfort. Join Aegis Healthcare today and feel supported and appreciated in a patient-first environment. Desired Skills & QualificationsCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practiceHome Health and/or Hospice experience as a CNA preferredAbility to utilize a full range of movement to transfer patientsEffective verbal & written communication & time management skillsValid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.Proof of current auto insurance & registrationValid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test) Make a Difference with Aegis Healthcare!
