- Performed switching technology administration including VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, STP, RSTP, port aggregation & link negotiation
- Performed troubleshooting, while maintaining trouble ticket tracking, following internal/external escalation procedures and customer notifications.
- Configured &Troubleshooting with BGP OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS and DMVPN issues
- Configured and deployed F5 BIG-IP LTM 3900, 6900 for providing application redundancy and load balancing.
- Implementing security migrations from Cisco ASA firewalls to PA-5000/3000 series firewalls .
- Vendors Network connectivity investigation, Creating Firewall Rule Change Requests mostly in Cisco SA to Palo Alto firewalls
- Configuring and monitoring different monitor modules F5 BIG-IP LTM F5 and DNS traffic Management.
- Migrated ASA firewalls to Palo Alto Network firewalls
- Troubleshoot all Tier 2 customer issues on the variants of Palo Alto Networks firewalls in Enterprise.
- Implemented Positive Enforcement Model with the help of Palo Alto Networks
- Migration from Cisco firewalls to Palo Alto firewalls platforms PA 4000 nd PA 500 nd PA- 200 firewalls.
